With their votes, Pakistanis rejected the divisive narrative of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and its leader, Imran Khan, who is currently convicted and jailed by the courts of Pakistan.

For years, PTI and Imran Khan relied on a strategy of hate, misinformation, and social media terrorism to mislead the people and malign Pakistan’s institutions, particularly the Armed Forces. 2. Strengthening Diplomatic & Foreign Relations
- Pakistan is witnessing renewed global engagement, strengthening ties with allies and international organizations.
- Diplomatic efforts have revived Pakistan’s image on the world stage, countering the negative narrative previously promoted by PTI’s digital misinformation campaigns.
3. The Fight Against Terrorism
- Pakistan’s fight against terrorism has gained momentum, successfully dismantling extremist networks.
- The PTI government’s past appeasement of terror groups and extremists is being reversed, ensuring a more secure and stable nation.
Defeating PTI’s Digital and Social Media Terrorism
Over the past year, Pakistan has actively fought PTI’s digital and social media terrorism, which has been fueled by:
- Fake news campaigns aimed at creating chaos and distrust among the people.
- Fabricated propaganda against the Armed Forces and state institutions, attempting to weaken Pakistan from within.
- International lobbying efforts to malign Pakistan’s judiciary, economy, and governance.
However, the state has remained resilient and continues to combat misinformation with truth, transparency, and responsible governance.

February 8, 2024, will be remembered as the day Pakistanis reclaimed their democracy and said NO to the politics of division and hate. The people of Pakistan stood by their Armed Forces, their institutions, and their vision for a better future.
Now, as Pakistan moves forward, it is crucial to continue strengthening the economy, securing national stability, and eradicating the remnants of digital terrorism that PTI and its allies left behind. With unity, resilience, and the power of truth, Pakistan is set to thrive.
