The Pillars of Stability
The economic and financial situation of the world is, to put it mildly, highly unstable.
And the pillars of this stability, namely the media, banks and services, behave like small children interested only in praise and current rewards and pleasures.
In a situation where a hybrid war is taking place, such unprofessional, careless and short-sighted actions are downright exceptionally dangerous and may lead to catastrophic consequences.
The Cost of Destabilisation
The collapse of even one large domestic bank may lead to the breakdown of the financial system of a given state, not to mention possible major perturbations in connected countries.
It is an easy and very cheap way, given the existing staffing situation, to bring about the collapse of finances and the emergence of many problems for a selected opponent.
And yet, for some time now, there has existed a war doctrine whose aim is to attack and systematically destroy the Western financial system.
All interested parties should bear this in mind.
A Clinical Case of Systemic Vulnerability
What is currently happening in Poland with VeloBank is almost a clinical case confirming the above deliberations.
The chaos that appeared after the merger of the aforementioned bank with Citi Bank Handlowy, the lack of access to clients’ accounts, the lack of online activity, Dantean scenes in the bank’s branches, and collective redundancies are only minor elements of what is happening there.
This situation is absolutely not accidental. Under no circumstances are these errors or mistakes by programmers.
Even if the Management Board were totally incompetent, this could not explain the scale of this phenomenon.
Manipulation, Pressure and Media Direction
The effects of the incorporation of City had already been planned and implemented some time ago — by whom? — with the help of bribed and/or manipulated or intimidated employees of VeloBank.
The media action is also carefully prepared and directed. Some of the journalists have been bribed and/or manipulated.
They even went so far as to use hasbara, as well as random actors, to stage scenes in branches.
Popularity, Applause and Consequence
In connection with the fact that, in the mediocracy that rules us mercilessly, it is often neither truth nor the broadly understood good that counts, but only popularity and applause, the media joyfully picked up the tastily served topic, without regard for the consequences.
All the more so, the media are interested neither in the cause nor in the authorship of the described situation.
The Absence of Reaction
Serious astonishment is caused, however, by the lack of any reaction from the force and financial services.
In the case of what is happening with VeloBank, which is in fact a textbook example of the new war doctrine, their reaction should be immediate.
It is an action of “other” external forces threatening the stability of the Polish financial system.
In connection with this, the actions of the bank employees involved in it and of some journalists, revealed through emails, conversations, transfers, etc., qualify as treason, with all the consequences thereof.
Classified investigations punishable by 25 years and upwards, investigations by the fiscal police concerning the persons involved, their families and surroundings, etc.
It is not difficult to detect these persons, as nowadays not only what appears on information carriers is immediately available from the cloud to services possessing the appropriate access points and great AI computing power.
Besides, one can always turn in this matter for assistance to the appropriate organisations, which obtain data more efficiently.
Small Actions, Great Damage
This article is a warning not only for banks.
It shows how easy it is to destroy capabilities and reputation through even a very small but well-prepared action.
How very little cost is required to cause great damage.
This may be a disproportion many times greater than that between a cheap drone and an Abrams.

Die Säulen der Stabilität
Die wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Situation der Welt ist, vorsichtig ausgedrückt, höchst instabil.
Und die Säulen dieser Stabilität, nämlich die Medien, Banken und Dienste, verhalten sich wie kleine Kinder, die nur an Lob sowie an aktuellen Belohnungen und Vergnügungen interessiert sind.
In einer Situation, in der ein hybrider Krieg stattfindet, sind solche unprofessionellen, sorglosen und kurzsichtigen Handlungen geradezu ausserordentlich gefährlich und können zu katastrophalen Folgen führen.
Die Kosten der Destabilisierung
Der Zusammenbruch selbst einer grossen inländischen Bank kann zum Zusammenbruch des Finanzsystems eines bestimmten Staates führen, ganz zu schweigen von möglichen grossen Verwerfungen in verbundenen Ländern.
Es ist ein einfacher und sehr billiger Weg, angesichts der bestehenden personellen Situation, den Zusammenbruch der Finanzen und das Entstehen vieler Probleme bei einem ausgewählten Gegner herbeizuführen.
Und doch existiert seit einiger Zeit eine Kriegsdoktrin, deren Ziel es ist, das westliche Finanzsystem anzugreifen und systematisch zu zerstören.
Alle interessierten Parteien sollten dies bedenken.
Ein klinischer Fall systemischer Verwundbarkeit
Was derzeit in Polen mit VeloBank geschieht, ist beinahe ein klinischer Fall, der die obigen Überlegungen bestätigt.
Das Chaos, das nach der Fusion der genannten Bank mit Citi Bank Handlowy entstand, der fehlende Zugang zu den Konten der Kunden, das Fehlen der Online-Tätigkeit, danteske Szenen in den Bankfilialen sowie Massenentlassungen sind nur kleine Elemente dessen, was dort geschieht.
Diese Situation ist absolut kein Zufall. Keinesfalls handelt es sich hierbei um Fehler oder Irrtümer von Programmierern.
Selbst wenn der Vorstand völlig inkompetent wäre, könnte dies das Ausmass dieses Phänomens nicht erklären.
Manipulation, Druck und mediale Regie
Die Folgen der Eingliederung von City waren bereits vor einiger Zeit geplant und umgesetzt worden — von wem? — mithilfe bestochener und/oder manipulierter oder eingeschüchterter Mitarbeiter von VeloBank.
Auch die Medienaktion ist sorgfältig vorbereitet und inszeniert. Ein Teil der Journalisten wurde bestochen und/oder manipuliert.
Man ging sogar so weit, Hasbara sowie zufällige Schauspieler einzusetzen, um Szenen in Filialen nachzustellen.
Popularität, Applaus und Konsequenz
Im Zusammenhang damit, dass in der uns erbarmungslos regierenden Mediokratie oft weder die Wahrheit noch das breit verstandene Gute zählt, sondern nur Popularität und Beifall, griffen die Medien das schmackhaft zugespielte Thema freudig auf, ohne Rücksicht auf die Folgen.
Umso mehr sind die Medien weder an der Ursache noch an der Urheberschaft der beschriebenen Situation interessiert.
Das Ausbleiben einer Reaktion
Ernsthaftes Erstaunen ruft jedoch das Fehlen jeglicher Reaktion der Gewalt- und Finanzdienste hervor.
Im Fall dessen, was mit VeloBank geschieht, und was tatsächlich ein lehrbuchhaftes Beispiel der neuen Kriegsdoktrin ist, sollte ihre Reaktion unverzüglich erfolgen.
Es handelt sich um eine Handlung „anderer“ externer Kräfte, die die Stabilität des polnischen Finanzsystems bedroht.
In diesem Zusammenhang qualifizieren sich die Handlungen der daran beteiligten Bankmitarbeiter und einiger Journalisten, offengelegt durch E-Mails, Gespräche, Überweisungen usw., als Landesverrat, mit allen daraus folgenden Konsequenzen.
Geheime Ermittlungen, die mit Strafen von 25 Jahren aufwärts bedroht sind, Ermittlungen der Steuerpolizei bezüglich der beteiligten Personen, ihrer Familien und ihres Umfelds usw.
Es ist nicht schwer, diese Personen zu entdecken, da heutzutage nicht nur das, was auf Informationsträgern erscheint, den Diensten mit entsprechenden Zugängen und grosser KI-Rechenleistung sofort aus der Cloud zugänglich ist.
Ausserdem kann man sich in dieser Angelegenheit jederzeit an die entsprechenden Organisationen wenden, die Daten effizienter beschaffen.
Kleine Handlungen, grosser Schaden
Dieser Artikel ist eine Warnung nicht nur für Banken.
Er zeigt, wie leicht es ist, Möglichkeiten und Reputation durch selbst eine sehr kleine, aber gut vorbereitete Handlung zu zerstören.
Wie sehr geringe Kosten grosse Schäden verursachen können.
Dies kann ein um ein Vielfaches grösseres Missverhältnis sein als zwischen einer billigen Drohne und einem Abrams.
