7+1 ARCHITECTURE
Seven areas launch the programme.
Every participant begins with a common orientation covering safety, source credibility, ethics and the responsible use of AI. They then select one or more pathways.
COMMON ORIENTATION
A safe start and a shared standard of practice
Initial assessment, participation standards, digital safety, source evaluation, privacy, accountability and an individual learning plan.
Financial and economic literacy
Informed decisions, risk awareness, fraud prevention and greater self-reliance.
Digital technologies and cybersecurity
Digital identity, privacy, security hygiene and the fundamentals of incident response.
Data, analytics and critical thinking
Source evaluation, data interpretation, and the recognition of cognitive bias and disinformation.
Programming and automation
Algorithmic thinking, no-code and low-code tools, and the safe automation of work.
Artificial intelligence and responsible innovation
Practical use of GenAI with quality control, data protection, ethics and human oversight.
Entrepreneurship and risk management
From diagnosing a problem and designing an operating model to testing solutions and managing risk responsibly.
Media, civic and social education
Responsible communication, freedom of expression, dialogue and informed participation in public life.

Knowledge should lead to practical outcomes. Asynchronous content is therefore combined with live sessions, mentoring and assignments set in real-world contexts.

BOUNDARIES OF INFLUENCE
A partner receives visibility and reporting. The project retains its independence.
Partners do not manage the curriculum, select participants or receive participant data. Scope, indicators and brand-presence rules are defined by agreement before funds are activated.

A donation expands access to education.
Participation in the pilot is planned to be free for all admitted learners. The Equitable Access Fund will provide additional, individually tailored support to up to 100 participants facing economic, digital, language, geographic or disability-related barriers.
